RETURN POLICY

GENERAL

The purchase process for the services provided through the Platform is completed by concluding a distance contract electronically and carrying out the payment. By confirming your purchase, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

The sale and performance of the services subject to your purchase are carried out within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation and other relevant legislation. The service you purchase will be provided to you in accordance with the terms and content specified on the Platform.

INFORMATION ON CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Purchases made through the Platform relate to services performed instantly in electronic form; accordingly, users have no right of cancellation or refund.

Should performance of the service become impossible due to force majeure, or should a refund be made for any other reason, the amount in question can only be refunded to the payment instrument used during the purchase.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the procedures of the relevant financial institution, and the time required to complete a refund may therefore vary.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The service you purchase through the Platform is a service performed instantly in electronic form, and pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to such services.

We therefore inform you that there is no right of withdrawal for purchases you make through the Platform.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS

If, after the purchase has been completed, the relevant bank or financial institution determines that the payment was made without authorization, the purchase will be cancelled. Please note that you will be personally liable for any and all damages that may arise from the unauthorized transaction.

PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION

For your purchase to be completed, your payment must be carried out successfully. Once your payment has been completed successfully, a transaction confirmation will be sent to you. Your purchase is not considered final, and no right to request performance of the service arises, until the payment has been completed.
